This hotel is dated and a little small for the rooms but for the age, it was well taken care of. It didn't have "old hotel smell" and it was really clean. Everyone was very nice and helpful. No fault of the hotel but there is some road construction going on so in and out of the road to the hotel is one way. The breakfast was lacking but it was not a horrible stay. Yes I would stay here again.
I recently spent two nights at this Best Western, and I was impressed with how clean and bright and well-maintained this place was. My standard king room included a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker that I wasn't even expecting. And a sofa with coffee table sitting area. The room and bathroom were spotless. I had the free breakfast buffet on Saturday morning. The breakfast room also was very clean and neat, the food was fresh, and there was plenty. Very conveniently located at the intersection of Hwy 114 and Hwy 170 in Roanoke, this was a great budget-friendly experience.
The room was great, especially for the price we paid! It was clean and nice and cool as it was as hell that weekend. The location wasn't bad from UNT as we were there to move in our son that weekend. The service could've been better. We were standing around waiting for the front desk as there was no bell to ring or anything for a while. He wasn't pleasant or friendly. No interaction to tell us about the place or local things to do around it or anything of that nature. But overall the stay was great including breakfast!!
Really a very nice stay for the price! The rooms were clean and quiet. Bring slippers, though, because they are not carpeted. The breakfast was good with lots of variety. Would definitely stay again!
Room was nice, clean and neat. Breakfast was hot and hearty. Staff was A+__ I had an issue with billing on my card and they took care of it fast and easy. I would recommend this place to everyone!
Clean rooms, comfortable beds, easy check in/out. Very nice desk clerks that had to work on a holiday. The continental breakfast could have been better but we weren't there for the food.
I loved it here. The bed and pillows were great. The room was perfectly clean and the Jacuzzi was divine. Ally the lady who supervises breakfast, makes sure you have every delightful breakfast treat you could desire. I totally enjoyed my large and over indulgent breakfast. I enjoyed sprinkles on my fresh hot Belgian waffle, scrambled eggs, sausage and fruity pebbles. and my service dog did NOT hate having a taste of bacon. She never gets that at home. Also the coffee is great. I was surprised at the level of clean and excellent service. I highly recommend. Oh, and sunning at the pool was awesome. Thank you Ally for making my stay great!!!
